Residential and commercial building
The residential and commercial building is located in the first row to the marina Kornati and consists of three levels: ground floor and two upper floors. On the ground floor there is a commercial premise, the purpose of which can only be such that it does not interfere with the basic purpose of housing (retail, catering, service or similar).
On the first and second floor each there is an apartment which is accessed from the shared stairwell. Both the apartments and the business premises have two parking spaces with the possibility to install electric car chargers in the fenced yard area.
The apartments consist of an entrance area, kitchen, dining room and living room, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, one of which is part of the larger bedroom, and a covered or uncovered terrace and a maintenance balcony.
