Residential building
The residential building is located in the second row to the marina Kornati and consists of four levels: basement, ground floor and two upper floors. On each floor there is one apartment which is accessed from the shared stairwell.
Each apartment consists of an entrance area, kitchen, dining room and living room, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, one of which is part of the larger room, and a covered or uncovered terrace and a maintenance balcony, as well a storage room in the basement and two parking spaces with the possibility to install electric car chargers in the fenced yard area.
The apartment on the ground floor has also its own spacious garden, which can be accessed from the living room and bedrooms.
